Our Commitment to Transparency

FiberFinder is a free broadband comparison tool built on publicly available broadband data. We partner with fiber internet providers to keep the lights on — but the data stays independent. Every address lookup, coverage map, and provider listing you see is powered by the same publicly available broadband data regardless of who we work with commercially.

Put simply: partnerships fund the platform, but they never change the results.

How We Make Money

FiberFinder generates revenue through the following channels:

• ISP Intelligence Subscriptions: Internet service providers pay for access to our competitive intelligence platform, lead generation tools, and market analytics. This is our primary revenue source.
• Affiliate Partnerships: When you click through to a provider's website from FiberFinder and sign up for service, we may earn a referral commission. This never costs you anything extra. Affiliate links are clearly identified on the page.
• Advertising: We may display advertising from ISPs and related technology companies. Advertising is always clearly labeled and separated from editorial content.

Our ISP Affiliate Partners

We participate in affiliate programs with select internet service providers through third-party networks. When you click a link to one of these providers and sign up for service, FiberFinder may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. These partnerships help us keep the platform free for everyone.

We may add additional affiliate partners over time. This page will always reflect our current partnerships.

How Affiliate Relationships Affect Our Content

They don't. Our broadband availability data comes directly from official government broadband filings and is never altered based on affiliate relationships. Provider listings, coverage maps, and availability results are determined solely by official broadband data, not by commercial relationships.

We do not accept payment to alter search results, rankings, or availability data. Every provider at every address is shown based on official provider filings, regardless of whether that provider has a commercial relationship with FiberFinder. Affiliate partners receive no preferential treatment in our coverage data, speed rankings, or search results.

Identifying Affiliate Links

When a link on FiberFinder is an affiliate link that may result in compensation to us, it will be clearly disclosed. Look for labels such as "Sponsored," "Affiliate link," or a note like "FiberFinder may earn a commission when you sign up through this link" near the relevant content. Affiliate links never change the price you pay — the provider's pricing is the same whether you arrive through FiberFinder or go directly to their website.

Data Independence

Our data methodology, rankings, and recommendations are editorially independent. The FiberFinder editorial and data teams operate independently from our business development and sales teams. Commercial relationships never influence how we collect, process, or present broadband availability data.

FTC Compliance

This disclosure is provided in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission's Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). FiberFinder is committed to honest advertising and transparent business practices. Where we provide editorial content, reviews, or comparisons that reference providers with whom we have an affiliate relationship, we disclose that relationship in compliance with FTC guidelines.

Amazon Associates Program

FiberFinder is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. When you click on product links on our Gear pages and make a purchase on Amazon, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.

Our hardware reviews, ratings, and AI readiness scores are editorially independent. Amazon affiliate commissions do not influence our product recommendations, review scores, or editorial content. We recommend products based on real-world testing, specifications, and value to consumers.

CJ Affiliate Network

FiberFinder participates in the CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction) network as a content publisher. Our ISP affiliate partnerships, including those with Frontier Communications and AT&T, are facilitated through this network. CJ Affiliate provides the tracking, reporting, and payment infrastructure for these partnerships. Our participation in the CJ network is governed by the CJ Publisher Service Agreement and individual advertiser program terms.
